Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management tool, which will grant you complete control over your e-mail boxes and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can set up a brand new e-mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Furthermore, you can redirect e-mail messages from one mail account to another, finetune mail filters, create auto-response messages and guard your mail accounts against spam e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your e-mail boxes against spam e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming mail messages according to specific rules set by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your e-mail accounts and define the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email boxes. Just specify the email box you would like to forward electronic mails from, then select the destination email mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the mail client of your choice to access your electronic mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you would like to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple email accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
